Worked as Productivity and Environmental Systems Manager of Cofap group, focused on TPM methods – where began his participation in 1988. Techniques like Kanban, JIT, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and the use of Environmental Management system (ISO 14000). The performance in the areas of engineering of process, industrial and maintenance accomplish the 20 years experience in the sector.
As Cofave Director, he worked on researches for new company’s implantation – as his last work, Kasinski Motorcycles
Company.
