Partner-Director of the Technical and Commercial Area of Loss Prevention and International TPM/JIPM Instructor #169, Tonelotto is one of the leading references in TPM in Brazil, having worked in this segment for over 30 years. He holds a postgraduate degree in Production Management from UFSCAR, is a mechanical engineer and an administrator from Mackenzie, with certification as a Lead Assessor ISO 14001 (BVQI). He has a remarkable career as a protagonist in promoting and implementing TPM. His experience includes general management at Cofave, work as an advisor to the former Minister of Labor, and serving as Manager of Productivity and Environmental Programs at the Cofap group. Walter is also internationally recognized as a speaker and instructor of TPM, having worked in various countries. His practical approach and holistic vision make him an undeniable authority in the field, significantly contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency in organizations.
